My wife and three kids moved into our home in Davenport, Florida in June of 2004. Before this move, we rented in Kissimmee. No problem, something needs to be repaired, call the landlord and wait. After buying our home, I knew if I wanted to have my air conditioner serviced I could go online and select a air-conditioner repair technician. They are all the same right? WRONG! The first company never showed up, and no phone call. I called the A/C company and it went straight to voice mail. Second company did show up, I wish they didn't because the mechanic was rude and condescending. "That's it I thought", and I gave up. Then it occurred to me while dropping the kids off at school, I remembered seeing a technician called KALAFIAN and his truck which said Kalafian's A/C + Heating. It was suggested by my wife that I call him. She worked at the school and asked around and to her relief those who had work done by Kalafian were completely satisfied. Mark (Mick) Kalafian showed up at the appointed time, was very efficient and stated that my air conditioner was in good working order. The next day I recieved a call from him wanting to know how it was working! Thanks Mark for keeping us cool!
